SAFS Pilot, finished

SAFS Pilot almost finished

well, almost done, just needs some small detailing, buckles, some contrast on the shoes etc...

SAFS pilot WIP

Started on the pilot for the SAFS. The Brickworks pilot is flawless. I decided to go with a olive drab scheme to complement the SAFS better, the tan I started with was just to much of a  contrast. The pilot is all Valejo acrylics with a slight toning wash of sepia extra oil paint for some of the shadow areas. The outlining is thinned acrylic. The skin tone will be done in oils. I cannot get the hang of faces in acrylic, and I like the way oils look for skin better anyways.
